Shipping Options
Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours of order confirmation, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next available business day. Orders ship from our location in Boston. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2-3 weeks. Shipping total will appear when you checkout using Paypal order form.

What You Can Return
Izzy Tees unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly refund you for any defective items you wish to return. Please note the following limitations:

1. Item must be returned within 45 days from date of purchase.
2. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.

How to Return
If you would like to return an item(s) purchased from the Izzy Tees Online Store, please follow these instructions. Returns will not be accepted unless all steps are followed.
1. Place the items you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope
2. You must include a copy of the invoice
3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
4. Send an email with your username to info@izzytees.com for the return address

You are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service. Izzy Tees is not responsible for lost shipments.
When the returned garment(s) is received, we will immediately process your refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The value of your returned item(s) will be credited back when our returns department has completed processing your return (usually 5-7 days).

What You Can Exchange
Izzy Tees unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace any defective items you wish to exchange. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with. Please note the following limitations:
1. Item must be returned within 45 days from date of purchase.
2. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

4. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction
